The Future of Leather Getaway
The entire weekend is professionally managed and operated by a team of hundreds of volunteers who labor all weekend to ensure the smooth and successful operation of each Leather Getaway.
Volunteers are the biggest reason that we are able to continue to serve our communities. Being a mostly volunteer run organization, we ensure that we keep overhead costs as low as possible and build community together through service.
Since our first event in 2002 we have donated nearly one million to qualified nonprofits.
These core needs are critical to the success of the Leather Getaway. That's why we are offering incentives for volunteers who select these shifts.
Volunteering provides valuable event services so less money can be spent on the event and more money can be donated to charity.
